The ingredients needed to make Gingerbread Granola:
  1. Prepare 40 g Nutcessity Gingerbread Cashew, Brazil & Coconut Butter
  2. Use 50 g Coconut oil
  3. You need 40 g Syrup (Maple / Agave / whatever you have)
  4. Provide 150 g Nuts / Seeds (I used Poppy & Pumpkin)
  5. Take 250 g Jumbo oats
  6. Provide 100 g Grains (quinoa / millet / buckwheat…)

Steps to make Gingerbread Granola:
  1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees celcius fan.
  2. Melt the nut butter, syrup and oil over a low heat until liquid.
