The ingredients needed to make Banana Walnut Cake:
  1. Use 3 medium sized Bananas (soft and ripened)
  2. You need 2 cups All purpose flour
  3. Take 2 Eggs
  4. Take 1.5 cups sugar(powdered)
  5. Prepare 3/4 cup refined oil
  6. Use 1 tablespoon milk
  7. Take 1/2 teaspoon each Baking powder and Baking soda

  9. Take 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  10. Prepare Handful chopped walnuts, raisins or dates

Instructions to make Banana Walnut Cake:
  1. Blend bananas with a tablespoon of milk in a blender. Put all the wet ingredients(banana mix + eggs + oil+vanilla essence) along with sugar in a jar and blend again. Pour back into a mixing bowl.
  2. Sieve flour with baking powder and soda together. Add flour in small batches to the mixing bowl and keep whisking.
  3. Once done, add walnuts, dates, choco chips or any nuts you want to toss in. Mix and fold gently.
  4. Pour in a greased bowl. Bake at 350 deg for 40 mins (OTG). Do a skewer test before taking out. Let it cool before cutting and serving.
