  2. Prepare Tsp almond extract
  3. Get 250 g caster sugar
  4. Get 125 g soft brown sugar

  8. Get 50 g marzipan
  9. Get 150 g self raising flour

  12. Wait until the biscuits have cooled slightly to make the icing. Then mix together 125g of icing sugar with another splash of almond extract and then enough water to make it into a smooth icing consistency.
