- Get 375 ml Milk 2% I used semi skimmed

- You need 30 grams Liquid glucose

- Weigh out all the ingredients
- In a medium saucepan heat the milk and sugar until the sugar has dissolved DO NOT BOIL. Transfer to a jug or bowl and let it cool to room temperature
- Put the lemon juice in a jug and stir in the liquid glucose then pour into the milk & sugar mix and stir.
- Put in the fridge for 30 minutes
- Turn ice cream maker on paddles turning pour the mixture in and let it run for 55-60 minutes then turn off take paddles out and serve immediately or put in a container & freeze. I got 885g
