The ingredients needed to make Bafvada:
- Use 1 potato boiled
- Provide 2 tbsp water chestnuts flour or arrowroot flour
- Use 2 tbsp peanuts and sesame seeds roasted coarse powder
- Take 1 tbsp grated coconut
- Provide 1 finely chopped chilli
- Use 1 tbsp chopped coriander
- Take 1 tbsp sugar
- You need 1/2 lemon juice
- Use To taste Salt
- Use As needed Oil for frying
Instructions to make Bafvada:
- Grate boiled potato.
- Add chestnut flour and salt.
- Take peanut coarse powder and add sugar, Salt, chopped chilli and coriander, grated coconut and lemon to it. Mix the filling well with hands.
- Take potato dough and stuff it with the peanut filling.
- Roll it in chestnut flour if required.
- Fry on medium flame in hot oil.
- Serve with green or red chutney.
