  2. Prepare 50 gm besan/gram flour

  1. Take big bowl and add the gratted rind, besan, salt,red chilli Powder, ajwain and make a paste for koftas.
  2. Take kadai heat the oil and make small balls and fry it till brown colour comes out. And keep a side..
  3. Take big kadai and heat 4-5 tbsn oil put jeera in it and add Ginger paste and Chopped garlic fry it for 2 min. Then add Chopped onion fry it for 5 min and add the green chillies and tomato and fry it together for some time add all the spices in it.make a smooth masala
  4. Add fresh malai and mix it well..add some water in it and boil masala for 10 minuits..then add the koftas in it..ready your watermelon rind kofta garnish with fresh coriendor leaves..serve with roti or rice as par your choice.
